Bonzo a star turn again - in “From Dover Street to Dixie”:  The Studdy curtain at the London Pavilion.

Bonzo, "The Sketch" favourite, is one of the stars who are seen in the latest Cochran revue, "From Dover Street to Dixie", produced last week at the London Pavillion.  He appears on a curtain illustrating his journey (unaccompanied by the Bonzolines) from England to America.  The first part of the revue is set in England; but in the latter half, the company is transported to America, so the Studdy Curtain illustrates the change of scene.  It is shown during the interval, after the fire curtain has been raised.  Bonzo is not, of course, a stage debutant, as it will be remembered that he made an appearance in "Battling Butler", the successful farce now running at the Adelphi.  Many other of Bonzo's brilliant performances - not necessarily on any stage - are illustrated in "Bonzo's Star Turns", the fourth Bonzo book, which is now on sale.
