1. Tomkins whiles away a few spare
minutes by flirting with Professor Crystal's housemaid - 2. Hears
the approach of the diamond-making scientist, and takes refuge in the
furnace of the electric refrigerator. 3. The Professor proceeds
to experimen, and lights a fire - 4. That necessitates Tomkins'
retreat to the refrigerator. 5. The Professor finds that he has
discovered a secret of life - 6. and Tomkins that he is a rough
diamond - much in the rough.
